Well, since there isn't very much to explain here because most of it is very self-explanatory, i will do my best to help.

Ok, at the bottom i have provided a picture of all of the vehicles you have to bring down - along with a picture of the ducks you need to kill 15 of.

The thing is, make sure you take down all the aircrafts your first time through the game. It is very simple and an easy way to get 11 of the 12 medals. Because of there being no aircraft when the ducks come(they sort of count as the aircraft i guess) you can easily get 11 medals your first run through.

To take down an aircraft, if you are underwater, you will see flashing arrows above you. This indicates there is an aircraft you can take down overhead. Now you need to reach them, to do this simply go to the bottom of the water and hold the way up. To grab onto the aircraft just press 'b' or Ctrl.

After you latch onto the aircraft, quickly tap the 's' key or the down arrow. This will bring the aircraft down into the water and it will explode. You will then be rewarded with the medal for that particular craft, yay!

The ducks are a bit different, but very similar. You just have to at the ducks(highest jump) and bite them. No need for tapping down like the others, you just need to tap 'b' or Ctrl. A tip i can give is to go for the front ducks first, the rest is really all on you.

Now on to the harder medal, 'Sailor'. To get this medal, i recommend the best way possible at the moment is to go to the front of the screen and ready yourself for the boats coming. If you miss a boat, you can swim backwards and get it still.

The tricky part is when you get a boat, and then another one that is directly behind it yet not in the range to have a chain. To do this, you have to make sure you get the one coming towards you first, then go all the way to the left and hit the second its way by.
